We're based in the Willamette Valley, the heart of Oregon pinot noir country. Many of the local wineries--as well as wine-loving visitors--have asked us for chocolates to go with their special wines, so we developed this line of chocolates with flavors to complement different varietals. They can be enjoyed with wine--or just on their own.

Almost all of these chocolates are made with wine. However, most of the wine's alcohol has evaporated by the time we are finished. The wine reduction reduces the chocolate's sweetness, so the flavor profile complements the wine instead of competing with it.
